Work Experience

Salesforce CRM / IT Project Manager with cross-industry capabilities and specialist skills in CRM, in particular Salesforce.com. With overall Management and involvement in projects from start to finish to ensure a successful outcomes.

My current and previous roles include business analysis, project scoping, technical solution design and documentation, implementation, staff training for all levels up to and including CEO’s, and system maintenance.

I have completed many challenges, including a Salesforce CRM installation, business process, database design and management, implementation, integration with different business systems, manage and maintain third party apps, writing and delivering Project Management information and conduct successful negotiations with external parties for CRM project completion.
